Shipping time take around 8 - 20 days to U.S, and 15 - 45 days to Non - U.S country.
2. I have entered a wrong address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as at email@example.com as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after.
3. The tracking number says delivered, but I never receive my order, what should l I do?
Prior to contacting us, please contact the postal carrier to open a missing item case. We are happy to assist with any lost/missing item claims , and contacting the postal carrier first is the best route to locate your item. If the item is deemed misplaced or stolen by the carrier you will be compensated for the item via shipping insurance.

1. How to place an order?
First of all, visit our store at: https://wantedall.com , pick a product, ''Add to cart" and "Check out". Then fill in your information and pay. That's it! Very easy.
2. How can I modify my order?
Please note that we are only able to make change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order.
--- ORDER ISSUE ---
1. What if I received a wrong item?
We do our best to get all the orders right the first time, and our goal is to ensure the highest satisfaction to all our customers! There are infrequent cases when we get orders mixed up because of the high volumes of orders we receive each day, but you do not have to worry! We are here to help and our customer representatives will be more than happy to help.
What you need to do:
a. Send us a photo of the wrong item that you received to our customer service or email to: email@example.com
b. In your Subject Line, include: “Wrong Item Received”
c. We will send the correct item out as soon as we can!
If you would like a refund instead, simply return all the wrong items or the entire order back to us for a full refund! All items have to be returned for the full refund desired. For orders with multiple items, if you decide to keep some items and return the rest, partial refunds will be credited back to your account.
2. What should I do if the parcel lost?
We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered.
To prevent your package from getting lost, please make sure to double check the Shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer know it is been returned by the post office, and will ask if the customers need us to resend again or refund for the purchase; however the S&H Charge is non-refundable.
3. Can I ask for an exchange?

We only send replacement if the items received are defective, damaged, or need a size replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us a photo of the item you received at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will process a replacement if the issue is indeed a manufacturers problem but if the item broke because of improperly using it, then we cannot provide a replacement unit.
For all size exchanges, please be sure to include the exact size you would like the exchange for. For damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description and a photo/video (if applicable) of the damage or defect. Please note that you will be held accountable for handling + reshipping.
4. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, your order can no longer be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order within 24 hours time, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
