SHIPPING DATE & PROCESSING TIME
Each product page has a "Ships in" time, which is the processing time from order placement to ship out for that item. Orders with products with various processing times will be shipped out once all items are in ready to ship. After your order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes a few days to reach your door. We send everything in one package to reduce shipping cost charged to you. Additional shipping fee may apply for partial shipments. If you wish to receive partial shipments, please contact us. Custom, personalized, and special order items may take longer. Note that certain products we carry are made to order by the designer and may take up to 3-6 weeks. Sometimes order processing times may be delayed if one item is out of stock on your order. Our Customer Service Representatives will notify you if any unforeseen delays arise.
Our shipping and handling charges are simple. The following shipping rates will apply to your order. If your single purchase transaction exceeds $5 USD, standard shipping is FREE! Free shipping offer does not apply to large items.
NOTE: On international credit cards with foreign billing addresses, we only ship to verified billing address. First time orders may experience a slight delay due to credit card verification procedures to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Standard ground has delivery time of 2 weeks business days from ship out. shipping packages (typically 0.1-0.3 g). Shipping costs for oversize items may vary significantly depending on size of order and delivery address. We will notify you via email, prior to shipping your order, of any additional charges that may be charged to your credit card.
WantedAll.com serves customers and ships to Canada, Japan, Great Britain, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Europe (Italy, Germany, France, and Switzerland), Australia, and most foreign countries. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. An order is considered international if the payment method used is non-USA or foreign bank. The "Ships in" time on the product page is how long it takes for the item to leave our warehouse. International orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to process for ship out. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it usually takes 4-8 weeks transit time (Standard International) and 3-5 business days transit time (International Express) to arrive at the international destination.

Additional Custom Fees, Import Taxes, and other fees may be charged by your government (shipping destination's government) and will be billed to you separately.
Pricing & Cancellations
All prices are in USD. Order cancellations on international orders will in charge a 10% restocking fee to cover the credit card fees associated with the order and cancellation.
China Post, Epacket , Yanwen, 4PX, Cainiao ,UPS, USPS, will be used at the sole discretion of WantedAll.com and our suppliers, when shipped directly from them. All items will be traceable and insured for your protection. We do not accept C.O.D.
Once we process your order and ship out your order, we will send an order confirmation email to you with your common carrier shipment or order tracking number which provides the status of your shipment and estimated date and time of delivery. Items may arrive earlier than indicated. If the shipment has not arrived after the indicated delivery date, please contact the common carrier with your shipment or order tracking number to obtain delivery status on your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. However, sometimes a parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. All parcels shipped are insured by the common carrier for full merchandise value. We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. but we will help contact the common carrier used (information will be in your order confirmation email) to file a claim.
If the common carrier is unable to deliver the shipment for any reason, whether unclaimed, refused, invalid or unknown address, or any other reason, we will, upon return of the shipment to us, charge a 20% restocking fee for the entire purchase price, less shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable. If you wish for us to resend your shipment, you will be charged additional shipping charges.
